Participating in a student internship program at Gwynedd Mercy presents numerous advantages for students like myself. Rigorous selection processes, including essay requirements and other criteria, ensure that selected interns are driven and will make valuable contributions to the team. The practice of tracking work hours and submitting monthly reports to the directors not only instills a sense of responsibility but also ensures a successful and rewarding internship experience. In my role as a counseling intern, I am responsible for fostering mental health and wellness through the creation of bulletin board themes and ideas, contributing to a positive school environment.
